Keep Dark Spots and Hyperpigmentation Away with These Simple Steps

For the modern people the appearance is essential in all current activities, starting with finding a job and ending with finding a person with whom to share their lives. Because a great aspect cannot exist without a wonderful, spotless skin, it is important to take great care of it before any skin conditions will start ruining its good looking, healthy aspect.

One of the most frequent issue when it comes to skin looks and health is hyperpigmentation. There are many people complaining about brown spots or large skin areas which have been affected by hyperpigmentation. Yet, this condition can be avoided by following these easy steps.

1.      Avoid sun

Exposure to sun triggers the overproduction of melanin (the substance responsible for skin darkening). Thus, the more you stay in the sun without using protection, the darker your skin will become. Also, the chances of developing permanent brown spots increase significantly when the skin is excessively exposed to sun. Use high SPF lotions, hats and sunglasses when you have to get out in the sun and minimize as much as possible the time spent outside during the hours when the sun burning.

2.      Drink plenty of water

Water is the main source of moisture for the skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and the chances that your skin will get spotted will be reduced significantly. In addition to that, the skin will be moisturized and will have a healthy, glowing look, while the apparition of fine lines will be diminished considerably.

3.      Have a balanced diet

Believe it or not, the things you eat have a great impact on the way your skin looks like. By eating foods rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers, amino-acids and carbohydrates not only will you keep your body healthy, but you will also have a great skin. When your body is functioning right your skin is healthy and glowing too.

4.      Check your health permanently

As mentioned previously, the skin is the mirror of your body. If something goes wrong inside it will be seen outside too. Some brown spots or hyperpigmentation are caused by internal problems, such as hormonal imbalances. This is why it is necessary to check your health periodically and prevent any spots or other conditions on your skin and in your body.

These four steps are great in keeping dark spots away and treating them fast if they still appear. In addition to that, they are easy things to do which should enter in our daily routine if we are longing for a long, healthy and happy life.

How to Help Your Child Learn to Read

The ability to read is vital for success. It helps your child succeed in school, helps them build self-confidence, and helps to motivate your child. Being able to read will help your child learn more about the world, understand directions on signs and posters, allow them to find reading as an entertainment, and help them gather information.

Learning to read is very different from learning to speak, and it does not happen all at once. There is a steady progression of reading ability that over time, leads to independent reading ability. The best time for children to start learning to read is at a very young age – even before they enter pre-school. Once a child is able to speak, they can begin developing basic reading skills. Very young children have a natural curiosity to learn about everything, and they are naturally intrigued by the letter print they see, and are eager to learn about the sounds "made" by those letters. You will likely notice that your young children likes to look at books and thoroughly enjoys being read to. They will even pretend to behave like a reader by holding books and pretend to read them.

As parents, you're the most important first step in your children's journey into the wonderful world of reading. It is up to you to create the most supportive environment that turns your child on to reading – such as reading aloud to them often during the day and before bedtime, and placing age appropriate books for children around the house, so that the child will have access to plenty of books. Reading often to your child will help develop their interest in books and stories, and soon they will want to read stories on their own.

With the help of parents, children can learn how to read. Make reading into a family activity, and spend time playing words games and reading story books. This will not only help you child learn to read, but it'll also help them build a rich vocabulary, teach them language patterns, and help them fall in love with books and reading.

Below are some tips to help you teach your child to read.

Talk to your child – before a child can learn to read, he or she must first learn to speak. Talk to your child about everything and anything – whatever interests them. Tell them stories, ask your child lots of questions, play rhyme games, and sing songs with them.

Read to your child consistently everyday – we're all creatures of habit, and enjoy having a daily routine. Set time aside each day to read to your child. Read to your child every night. Make this their "cool down" period before they go to sleep. This not only helps your child develop an interest in books and reading, it also help the parent bond with the child, and develop a healthy relationship.

Help your child develop reading comprehension – typically, parents will take the time to read for their children; however, many parents do not put much emphasis or thought on whether their children understands what they've just been read to. Instead, occasionally, make an effort to question your child on what you've just read. For example, you read to your child:

"Jack and Jill went up the hill…"

You pause briefly and ask your child:

"So where did Jack and Jill go?" Or alternatively, "Who went up the hill?"

Young children may not catch on right away initially, and it may take a little practice, but they'll eventually catch on and begin to develop a deeper understanding of what they are reading. This is a very important step in helping your child develop reading comprehension. Of course, don't do this every single time you read, or your child will quickly get bored and lose interest. Do it at random times, and do not over do it.

Help your child to read with a wide variety of books and keep reading fun - There is no shortage of children books, and you should always have a wide variety of children books, stories, and rhymes available. Reading is a lot of fun, for both parents and children. Read to your child using drama and excitement, and use different voices. Give your child the option of choosing what book they want you to read, instead of picking the book you want to read to your child.

When reading to your child, read slowly, and point to the words that you are reading to help the child make a connection between the word your are saying and the word you are reading. Always remember that reading should be a fun and enjoyable activity for your children, and it should never feel like a "chore" for them.

Holiday Traveling

A new week begins on a killer note! Great back workout with Charles on Sunday, then a great chest workout on Monday. Loved these two workouts for the completely new feel they allowed me to experience in my working muscles. We tried some new angles and manipulated arm position to something I had never tried before. It felt like a whole new type of stimulus for the muscle. Check out the videos  in coming weeks! I saw a pretty significant drop in weight this week, about 4lbs. Having done really nothing different this week than the last, I attribute it to a little bit of water loss and some fat loss from the metabolism starting to really kick! I did some posing for Charles today after the workout and he seems pleasantly surprised with the changes we have made and very optimistic about the package I will bring to the stage this spring! I'm writing this blog from the crowded confines of LAX airport. The holiday travel season is upon us and I have the pleasure of enduring the 11pm "red eye" departure time. I forgot the joys of traveling when dieting for a contest. Its uncomfortable enough traveling as a 300+lb bodybuilder, but try having to carry 10lbs of food, as well as laptop and personal belongings on a tiny crowded airplane for a 5 hour flight. For some reason, the gross greasy food in airports always seems way more appealing than it does when you drive past it on the streets. It's kind of like road trips and the assumed stops at fast food joints.

Its almost like my brain is programmed to expect to indulge in some grease as soon as you step in an airport or sit in a car for a long road trip. This is honestly probably the only time I think about junk food – I'm not a big junk guy anymore. Don't worry Hany; I've got my chicken boobs, cold tilapia and broccoli ready to be devoured! Anyway, I hear a nap calling my name. At least I've got all my bags to keep me warm and comfortable. Got to get my rest. Straight to the gym for cardio when I land in TO! Enjoy every step of the journey. There is no such thing as achieving the goal. Once you get there, there is only….what's next?! FOCUS, GROW! For More Information Click Here

Here’s How To Avoid The 3 Most Common Affiliate Mistakes

Make Money OnlineAffiliate marketing is one of the most effective and powerful ways of earning some money online. This program gives everybody a chance to make a profit through the Internet. Since these affiliate marketing programs are easy to join, implement and pays a commission on a regular basis, more an more people are now willing in this business.

However, like all businesses, there are lots of pitfalls in the affiliate marketing business. Committing some of the most common mistakes will cost the marketers a large portion taken from the profit they are making everyday. That is why it is better to avoid them than be regretful in the end.

Mistake number 1: Choosing the wrong affiliate.

Many people want to earn from affiliate marketing as fast as possible. In their rush to be part of one, they tend to choose a bandwagon product. This is the kind of products that the program thinks is "hot". They choose the product that is in demand without actually considering if the product appeals to them. This is not a very wise move obviously.

Instead of jumping on the bandwagon, try top choose a product in which you are truly interested in. For any endeavor to succeed, you should take some time to plan and figure out your actions.

Pick a product that appeals to you. Then do some research about that product to see if they are in demand. Promoting a product you are more passionate about is easier than promoting one for the sake of the earnings only.

Mistake number 2: Joining too many affiliate programs.

Since affiliate programs are very easy to join, you might be tempted to join multiples of affiliate programs to try and maximize the earnings you will be getting. Besides you may think that there is nothing wrong and nothing to lose by being part of many affiliate programs.

True, that is a great way to have multiple sources of income. However, joining multiple programs and attempting to promote them all at the same time will prevent you from concentrating on each one of them.

The result? The maximum potential of your affiliate program is not realized and the income generated will not exactly be as huge as you were thinking initially it would. The best way to get excellent result is by joining just one program that pays a 40% commission at least. Then give it your best effort by promoting your products enthusiastically. As soon as you see that it is already making a reasonable profit, then maybe you can now join another affiliate program.

The technique is to do it slowly but surely. There is really no need to rush into things, especially with affiliate marketing. With the way things are going, the future is looking real bright and it seems affiliate marketing will be staying for a long time too.

Mistake number 3: Not buying the product or using the service.

As an affiliate, you main purpose is to effectively and convincingly promote a product or service and to find customers. For you to achieve this purpose, you must be able to relay to the customers that certain product and service. It is therefore difficult for you to do this when you yourself have not tried these things out. Thus, you will fail to promote and recommend them convincingly. You will also fail to create a desire in your customers to avail any of what you are offering.

Try the product or service personally first before you sign up as an affiliate to see if it is really delivering what it promises. If you have done so, then you are one of the credible and living testaments aware of its advantages and disadvantages. Your customers will then feel the sincerity and truthfulness in you and this will trigger them to try them out for themselves.

Many affiliate marketers makes these mistakes and are paying dearly for their actions. To not fall into the same situation they have been in, try to do everything to avoid making the same mistakes.

Time is the key. Take the time to analyze your marketing strategy and check if youa re in the right track. If done properly, you will be able to maximize your affiliate marketing program and earn higher profits.

Getting Typing and Transcription Work

Do you want to get typing work? Consider transcription.

Transcription can provide you with many hours of typing work. Transcription is simply typing what's dictated.

You don't need to be a medical transcriptionist to provide transcription services. When speaking about transcription, people think about medical transcription.

In addition to medical professionals, a wide range of individuals and organizations outsource transcription services. Your clients may include insurance companies, universities, financial institutions, authors of books, consultants, focus groups and public speakers.

Business transcription does not require any knowledge of medical terminology.

If you are a business transcriptionist, medical transcriptionist, legal transcriptionist, be aware of the growing popularity of digital dictation and transcription. Although the majority of physicians and businesses are still using tapes to record dictation, many are starting to use digital voice recorders.

To provide transcription services, you will need a transcription machine. Transcribers have a headset and foot pedal that allows you to stop and rewind the cassette with your feet while having your hands available for typing.

Traditional audio tape transcription includes standard cassette transcription, micro cassette and mini tape transcription. These are typically referred to as cassette transcription or tape transcription. Until you have a client, you won't know which size cassettes you'll need. Talk to your prospective clients before buying any transcription equipment.

Digital transcription is becoming more popular and can provide you with additional typing work from long-distance clients who are looking for transcriptionists to perform transcription work from home.

Here's how digital dictation and transcription works: Your clients dictate into a handheld digital voice recorder, upload the files from their recorder to their computer with a USB cable, send an email message to a transcriptionist, and attach the digital files.

Digital transcription has many benefits for the transcriptionists. The audio quality is usually much better than tapes. You can move easier and faster to specific places in the dictation and you have more control over the playback speed. You don't have to deal with pick-up and delivery of tapes.

When the medical transcriptionists receive the email, they can open the file and bring it into their computer with specialized software. They can convert the digital file to different formats, but the most popular file format is the "wav" format.

Specialized transcription software and a foot pedal allow the transcriptionist to move through the digital voice file just like you do when transcribing from a tape. After transcribing the files, the transcriptionist emails the finished work back to the client as an attachment.

The foot pedal is connected to your computer through the USB or serial port. A foot pedal that comes with a tape transcriber will not work. You also need an Internet connection, an email account, and a word processing software program such as Microsoft Word that will work with your digital file transcribing system.

Some foot pedals have the ability to convert files recorded on almost every type of digital handheld recorder. This allows you to perform transcription work for many clients, regardless of the type of digital voice recorder they use.

If you are not looking into transcription work, you may miss opportunities to typing work from home on a contract basis.

Easy Profits Using PPC In Your Affiliate Marketing Business

Make Money OnlinePPC is one of the four basic types of Search Engines. PPC is also one of the most cost-effective ways of targeted internet advertising. According to Forbes magazine, PPC or Pay Per Click, accounts to 2 billion dollars a year and is expected to increase to around 8 billion dollars by the year 2008.

Let us take a quick look at how PPC Search Engines work.

These engines create listings and rate them based on a bid amount the website owner is willing to pay for each click from that search engine. Advertisers bid against each other to receive higher ranking for a specific keyword or phrase.

The highest bidder for a certain keyword or phrase will then have the site ranked as number 1 in the PPC Search Engines followed by the second and third highest bidder, up to the last number that have placed a bid on the same keyword or phrase. Your ads then will appear prominently on the results pages based on the dollar amount bid you will agree to pay per click.

How do you make money by using PPC into your affiliate marketing business?

Most affiliate programs only pay when a sale is made or a lead delivered after a visitor has clickthrough your site. Your earnings will not always be the same as they will be dependent on the web site content and the traffic market.

The reason why you should incorporate PPC into your affiliate marketing program is that earnings are easier to make than in any other kind of affiliate program not using PPC. This way, you will be making profit based from the clickthroughs that your visitor will make on the advertiser's site. Unlike some programs, you are not paid per sale or action.

PPC can be very resourceful of your website. With PPC Search Engines incorporated into your affiliate program, you will be able to profit from the visitor's who are not interested in your products or services. The same ones who leave your site and never comes back.

You will not only get commissions not only from those who are just searching the web and finding the products and services that they wanted but you will be able to build your site's recognition as a valuable resource. The visitors who have found what they needed from you site are likely to come back and review what you are offering more closely. Then they will eventually come back to search the web for other products.

This kind of affiliate program is also an easy way for you to generate some more additional revenues. For example, when a visitor on your site does a search in the PPC Search Engine and clicks on the advertiser bided listings, the advertisers' account will then be deducted because of that click. With this, you will be compensated 30% to 80% of the advertisers' bid amount.

PPC is not only a source of generating easy profits; it can also help you promote your own site. Most of the programs allow the commissions received to be spent for advertising with them instantly and with no minimum earning requirement. This is one of the more effective ways to exchange your raw visitors for targeted surfers who has more tendencies to purchase your products and services.

What will happen if you when you integrate PPC into your affiliate program?

PPC usually have ready-to-use affiliate tools that can be easily integrated into your website. The most common tools are search boxes, banners, text links and some 404-error pages. Most search engines utilize custom solutions and can provide you with a white-label affiliate program. This enables you, using only a few lines of code, to integrate remotely-hosted co-branded search engine into your website.

The key benefits? Not only more money generated but also some extra money on the side. Plus a lifetime commissions once you have referred some webmaster friends to the engine.

Think about it. Where can you get all these benefits while already generating some income for your site? Knowing some of the more useful tools you can use for your affiliate program is not a waste of time. They are rather a means of earning within an earning.

Best know more about how you can use PPC search engines into your affiliate program than miss out on a great opportunity to earn more profits.

C Section Recovery – 7 Essential Steps You Simply Must Follow to Avoid Serious Complications

A C Section recovery is a process that more and more women will have to go through at some stage in their life, current estimates are that nearly 1 in 4 women will give birth this way.

After such a trauma there are a number of very important factors that need to be considered. Taking care of each of these in turn will ensure that you make a full and complete recovery in the fastest possible time.

#1. Caring for the wound. It is important that you check your wound periodically for any changes. If you notice anything different about the incision such as an increase in the amount of redness or swelling around the scar or any pussy discharge then these should be checked out immediately.

#2. Rest. It is very important to rest after the operation as much as possible. Initially you may feel very weak, tired, sleepy and emotional. These are all natural responses to what you have been through and over a few days they will all settle down.

#3. Exercise. Being sedentary immediately following any surgery is not a good idea because it promotes blood pooling in the lower legs which can in some extreme cases lead to blood clotting. The key here is to do little and often.

#4. Diet. As you are recovering from major surgery it is absolutely vital that you provide the body with valuable nutrients for cell renewal and repair. By eating every 3 – 4 hours and selecting foods as close to their natural state as possible you will be giving your body the best possible chances of recovery.

#5. Pelvic Floor. Even though you won't have caused any damage to the pelvic floor muscles through delivery these muscles have been stressed over the last nine months and will be much weaker. Some simple pelvic floor exercises will help this and can be done anytime .

#6. Stomach Muscles. During a typical C section the muscles are not actually cut, they have been simply moved apart in order to deliver the baby, so they can be exercised in the same way as for a vaginal birth. This should be by performing pelvic tilting exercises until the muscles have realigned.

#7. Peace of mind. Following a C section it is quite common to experience some post traumatic stress especially if the operation was carried out in an emergency. If this is the case, discuss your feelings with your midwife or seek other professional support. If the feelings last for any amount of time.

Your C section recovery is very important to get right, as any small problems ignored at the early stages could potentially develop in to long term injuries which can take years to rectify.

Jago Holmes is a registered personal trainer and director of New Image Fitness Ltd with over 8 years experience working with moms who have given birth by c section. He has created a unique and highly effective exercise program which can safely speed up your c section recovery and promote a rapid tightening of the stomach muscles. Click here to find out more:

Commercial Health Club Hassles

Commercial Health Club Hassles

Commercial health clubs and gyms can be great but they can also be a huge hassle, jam-packed with little annoyances and major headaches that can just about put you over the edge. Call me strange but I go to a gym to train, not to look for conversation, watch guys strutting around in short shorts that would make Daisy Duke blush or listen to unsolicited advice from out of shape, opinionated loud-mouths.

Today I want to spotlight a few of the most annoying things that can come from having a gym membership and talk about some of what goes on there that than can drive you nuts.

Sometimes, just having a gym membership can be a hassle. And good luck if you move or need to cancel for some reason. I've had friends who have had to keep paying for years-long membership commitments even though the gym had gone bankrupt and was no longer in business. And with a lot of gyms-especially some of the big chains-you can forget about freezing your membership if you want to take an extended vacation or are just otherwise going to be out of commission for a while.

It is an understatement to say that the employees at some gyms can be enough to make you want to go ballistic. Too many of them seem to think that they're doing you a favor just by showing up to work.

The quality of personal trainers at some gyms seems to have gone way downhill over the years too. I've seen plenty who I wouldn't trust to train an inflatable CPR dummy strutting around offering unsolicited and very bad (really bad) advice to people who unfortunately, don't know any better. There's nothing like getting training advice about proper form from a freshly-minted 18-year-old personal trainer who couldn't lift a 100-pound dumbbell if his life depended on it.

And it's too bad, but not everyone who goes to the gym is there to train. Some of them are there just so they chat with their friends. Others want to hit on anything that moves and some just want to show off or otherwise practice their strange behavior in public. Every gym on the planet seems to have at least one guy who wears shorts so tiny they'd make a $5 hooker look twice. And entire books could be written about the strange and annoying behavior some people seem hell-bent on displaying in the locker room. I'll just stop there except to say that I've seen enough to last me three lifetimes.

If you don't bring your own IPOD or MP3 player, you're going to be stuck listening to the gym's choice of tunes, whether or not you like their choices. Once, I bought a week pass but ripped it to shreds when I realized that the gym only played their own compilations of "motivational" music with nauseating lyrics like "you can do it, yes you can," and "try just a little bit harder, you've know you've got it in you," repeated endlessly over and over. Now I listen to the music before I buy my pass when I'm traveling.

And even if you do bring your own music, that's no guarantee that you'll be able to focus and workout in peace. Plenty of people don't seem to take headphones as a definitive sign of "leave me alone." I'm willing to cut some slack if a guy politely taps me on the shoulder because he needs a spot and there's no one else around, but some people just because they want to talk. I've come real close to clocking a few guys in the nose because they couldn't get it through their thick skulls that when I'm wearing headphones, I'm not interested in conversation.

I'll wrap this up by saying that the "real" gyms, where a guy can go and train with a bunch of other like-minded folk who are there for the same reason, are fewer and fewer and a lot harder to find. Nowadays the landscape is cluttered with jumbo-sized gyms that are built to appeal to the masses, not the serious trainer. They pay their people minimum wage so you don't get the service you deserve and they're full of people who are there for lots of other reasons besides wanting to train. These and a host of other annoyances can make it really frustrating to have a gym membership. As you can probably tell I had an annoying day at the gym today. Thanks for listening to my rant.

Can Your Demeanor Affect Your Hair Loss?

Everyday scientists learn more about hair loss and get closer to ending the problem once and for all. We already know hair loss is caused by a hormone imbalance, specifically having too much of the testosterone hormone DHT.It was once believed that genetics was the only reason behind testosterone excess. Now, scientists are learning how some of the simplest, everyday parts of our lives can cause hair loss.

Testosterone is associated with power. Powerful people often have at least one thing in common, their demeanor. The most influential figures in history are often painted or photographed in a forward leaning, almost looming position.

The boss, billionaire, president, and other "power" character in a movie is often filmed in a commanding position, perhaps standing over a desk talking down to their subordinate or kicked back with their feet on the desk.

Powerful people have "power poses". These postures have an amazing ability to increase your testosterone levels, adding to the power.

Of course, think about how many times these powerful people are depicted with bald or balding hair?

DHT, the primary testosterone responsible for hair loss, is most associated with aggression. A powerful demeanor is fundamentally aggressive. We know where elevated DHT leads and we now know these "power poses" are also accelerating hair loss.

Researchers at Harvard and Columbia Universities teamed up recently to study the link between demeanor and power and published their results in Time Magazine.

They observed "powerful" people, as in those who are in dominant positions of power in their job, financially, and/or socially. These people had clearly elevated levels when compared to their subordinate counterparts.

The test subjects' already raised testosterone spiked whenever they assumed a "power pose." Researchers noticed the subjects had this demeanor many times throughout the day and in many situations. This explained the overall elevation.

The researchers theorized the subordinates with low testosterone could change their power level by changing their demeanor to a "power pose."

They observed the second group of test subjects by having them assume various poses for 15 minute periods. Almost every test subject had double the mount of testosterone after just that short of time.

On the other hand, the power group had the opposite reaction when they assumed passive or relaxed poses. After only 15 minutes, their testosterone levels fell significantly.

The results were very clear, if you carry yourself around with an aggressive, powerful demeanor, your testosterone is going to increase.

To take the study further, the researchers then studied the activities of both test groups. The participants with decreased testosterone made smarter, safer decisions.

The subjects with the artificially elevated testosterone took risks and admitted they felt more powerful doing so. DHT is the specific type of testosterone responsible for aggression, strength spikes, and risky behavior.

In other words, "power poses" are not just raising testosterone, they are specifically elevating DHT.

These researchers did not know it, but they were giving us yet another insight into hair loss. We know DHT causes hair loss, but too many people think it is a genetic malfunction which cannot be controlled.

This is just further proof that our previous beliefs about genes and hair loss were wrong. We can stop our hair loss because we can control the different factors in our life artificially elevating our DHT levels.

We are always learning more about what causes hair loss. A powerful demeanor is just one factor, but you would be surprised how many secret sources of DHT are in your life. In The Hair Loss Black Bookyou will learn how to identify, control, and stop DHT's influence on your scalp and hair.In the meantime, keep this study in mind. As you go about your day, keep a sharp eye out for situations where you are feeling more aggressive or powerful. If possible, find a way to calm and relax yourself without adding stress to the situation. It is mind over matter and you can use your mind to overcome the matter of hair loss.

A Day In The Life Of An Affiliate Marketer

Being in the affiliate marketing business is not that hard now with the internet at your disposable. It is much easier now compared to the days when people have to make use of the telephones and other mediums of information just to get the latest updates on the way their program is coming along.

So with technology at hand, and assuming that the affiliate is working from home, a day in his or her life would sound something like this…

Upon waking up and after having breakfast, the computer is turned on to check out new developments in the network. As far as the marketer is concerned there might be new things to update and statistics to keep track on.

The site design has to be revised. The marketer knows that a well-designed site can increase sign ups from visitors. It can also help in the affiliate's conversion rates.

That done, it is time to submit the affiliate program to directories that lists affiliate programs. These directories are means to attract people in joining your affiliate program. A sure way of promoting the affiliate program.

Time to track down the sales you are getting from your affiliates fairly and accurately. There are phone orders and mails to track down. See if they are new clients checking the products out. Noting down the contact information that might be a viable source in the future.

There are lots of resources to sort out. Ads, banners, button ads and sample recommendations to give out because the marketer knows that this is one way of ensuring more sales. Best to stay visible and accessible too.

The affiliate marketer remembered that there are questions to answer from the visitors. This has to be done quickly. Nothing can turn off a customer than an unanswered email.

To prove that the affiliate is working effectively and efficiently, inquiries would have to be paid more attention on. Nobody wants to be ignored and customers are not always the most patient of all people. Quick answer that should appear professional yet friendly too.

In the process of doing all the necessities, the marketer is logged on to a chat room where he or she interacts with other affiliates and those under that same program. This is where they can discuss things on how to best promote their products.

There are things to be learned and it is a continuous process. Sharing tips and advices is a good way of showing support. There may be others out there wanting to join and may be enticed by the discussion that is going on. There is no harm in assuming what opportunities ahead.

The newsletters and ezines were updated days ago, so it is time for the affiliate marketer to see if there are some new things happening in the market. This will be written about in the marketer's publication to be distributed to the old and new customers.

These same publications are also an important tool in keeping up to date with the newly introduced products. The marketer has put up a sale and promotion that customers may want to know about. Besides, they have to keep up with the deadline of these sales written in the publications.

It is that time to show some appreciation to those who have helped the marketer in the promotions and sale increase. Nothing like mentioning the persons, their sites and the process they have done that made everything worked.

Of course, this will be published in the newsletters. Among the more important information that have been written already.

The marketer still has time to write out recommendations to those who want credible sources for the products being promoted. There is also time to post some comments on how to be a successful affiliate marketer on a site where there are lots of wannabees.

Two objectives done at the same time. The marketer gets to promote the product as well as the program they are in. Who knows, someone may be inclined to join.

Time flies. Missed lunch but is quite contented with the tasks done. Bed time….

Ok, so this may not be all done in a day. But then, this gives you an idea of how an affiliate marketer, a dedicated one that is, spends the marketing day.

Is that success looming in the distance or what?

5 Top Tips For Avoiding Stretch Marks on Your Stomach After Pregnancy

Gaining weight, piles, a bad back, varicose veins and stretch marks are just a few of the many potential side effects of pregnancy. Combined with a massive change of body shape and the wobbly appearance of your stomach after pregnancy and it's no surprise that many women suffer from baby blues or full blown postnatal or postpartum depression.

Whilst many of these changes are inevitable and out of your control, there are some things you can do to alleviate a number of the potential problems of pregnancy.

Avoiding stretch marks on your stomach during pregnancy is one of the things you may be able to influence. Experts are divided on this issue, so there is no conclusive evidence on either side to say that stretch marks can or can't be avoided.

Basically it all boils down to caring for yourself properly at a time when you need to be as healthy and as strong as possible. The following tips will give you the best chances of avoiding stretch marks: -

Make sure you eat a well balanced diet. If you minimise the amount of weight you gain during pregnancy you can help to offset the chances of suffering from stretch marks all over the body. This doesn't mean starting any type of diet, just simply following the usual rules of healthy eating. Eat well most of the time and allow yourself the occasional treat. Keep an eye on what you are eating, don't throw all consciousness of a healthy diet out of the window just because your shape is changing anyway.

If you regularly moisturise your skin at least once a day using a cream containing vitamin A or vitamin E, applied by hand or using a massage glove you will help to improve the circulation and the elasticity of the skin. Applying the cream may help to stop the skin becoming too dry and therefore avoiding stretch marks forming.

Drink plenty of water to ensure that your skin retains its moisture levels, experts suggest at least 2 litres a day. Dry and dehydrated skin has been shown to form stretch marks far more easily than well hydrated skin.

Taking a multi vitamin or a vitamin formula specifically designed for pregnant women may help to cover any deficiencies you may have, again helping to improve the quality of your skin.

Regular activity will also help to improve your circulation, which means the skin will be supplied with the nutrients it needs much faster and the increase in rich oxygenated blood from your lungs will also improve its quality. Exercise will also burn off any calories you don't need which would otherwise be stored as body fat that stretches the skin forcing stretch marks to appear. Not high impact exercise or anything that is too intense, but gentle activities such as walking and swimming are ideal.

Avoiding stretch marks may or may not be possible, but many women who haven't been affected by them swear it was the action they took during pregnancy that was the reason for them not getting them.

If you want to feel happy about your body and stomach after pregnancy then it makes sense to take any steps possible to avoid the many side effects your body is subjected to over the course of the nine months and beyond. Not only will you benefit but the health and well being of your new baby will also be improved dramatically.

10 Second Trick Spikes Fat Loss 9x

You need to know how long to rest when exercising, or you might lose most of the effect.  This drives me crazy; make sure you read to the bottom of this page so you can avoid hurting your own results.

My name is Dr. Kareem and I'm here to help you lose fat as fast as possible.

Rest intervals are equally, if not more important, than work intervals when it comes to working out for fat loss.  This is where most people either ruin their results or risk injury while working out.  If you think about 'intensity' like 'sprinting', than you'll realize you can only be so intense for a short period of time.

Do you keep the same speed for an entire 100 meter dash?

No, actually, you slow down before/around halfway.  Isn't that crazy to think about?  In less than just 10 seconds, Olympic athletes have already started to decelerate.

As it turns out, your fat loss workouts yield the greatest results when you stop and rest at the precise moment you notice yourself slowing down.  After this point, there are diminishing fat loss returns and increasing risk of injury.

Rest is a suggestion when you see it in a program, not a recipe.  You need to monitor your own body in order to best understand when to rest.  Likewise, it's equally important that you know when to return to exercise.

Fundamentally, returning to exercise should be when your muscles feel loose again and your breathing has returned to normal.  Expect your heart rate to continue to be elevated slightly, as you're probably still walking or moving around during your rest breaks.  Plus, you're in a hyper-stimulated environment if you're working out in a gym, so the increased sensory input tends to increase heart rate slightly, as well.
You see, the key to fat loss is rest.

Think about it this way… if you don't rest properly, you'll never have the intensity you need to truly 'shock' your body into losing fat.  It's all about hitting your body with an intensity it's never felt before, and forcing it to change.  That's what fat loss is all about:  evolution.

Evolve your body into a stronger, more capable being.  Evolve your lungs into greater capacity, and evolve your heart to no longer respond to what was once 'intense.'

It's amazing to see what your body is capable of if you just push it a bit harder each time you work out.  Endurance isn't about pushing a bit harder each time; it's about pushing a bit longer.

Endurance and fat loss are not the same thing.

The good news is that you can actually improve endurance by doing this form of fat loss training, but not the other way around.  In fact, it's been suggested in various resources that 20 minutes of high-intensity physical activity can yield up to 2 hours of cardiovascular effect.

However, 2 hours of cardio does not stand a chance of putting on muscle or burning fat rapidly.  Instead, in cardio, you're doing wonderful things for your body, but you're teaching it how to adapt to an increased demand over time.  In other words, you're increasing your efficiency with exercise.  This is not necessarily good for fat loss per se…

Fat loss is NOT about increasing your efficiency with exercise; it's about 'shocking' your body with exercise.  Scare the fat away :-)

Think about fat loss as exercise intensity tolerance training.  We're increasing your VO2 max, or your maximum oxygen uptake.  By constantly pushing the envelope and going a bit harder each time, your body will adapt and let you go a level beyond.  Instead of your body adapting to keeping the same low level muscle contraction going for awhile, we're asking it to adapt to repeated, intense demands, that are interrupted by precise rest breaks.

Sprinters are lean.  Marathon runners are thin and in shape.  If you want to get rid of fat, be the sprinter.  Learn how to rest, and you shall gain much more intensity from your workout program.

I've been testing rest periods and work intervals, program sequencing of exercises to allow your body to go just a bit harder each time, and overall workout timing in order to provide you with the greatest result with the least effort.  I've figured out a formula that has allowed me to lose 1 pound for every 11.86 minutes of exercise I did, and it only takes 10 minutes per day.

I'd like to share this plan with you, so I've prepared a video that explains everything, and it's yours FREE:

Lose 1 Pound with 12 Minutes of Exercise?  <—- [FAT LOSS FORMULA]

5 Things You Should Take Into Consideration When Building an Aquaponic System

Setting up an aquaponic system, although quite an easy task, requires some basic knowledge of aquaponics. If you have decided to install such a system in your house, then you probably know what this is and how it could help you. However, there may still be things which can interest or help you. Below you will find 5 essential things which you should know in order to obtain spectacular results.

1.      Location

The place where you put your aquaponic system is highly important for the way in which the plants and the fish will develop. In order to obtain great results you should make sure that the temperature from the room is not too high, nor too low, that there is enough light for the plants to prepare their food and that no wind or extreme weather conditions will reach them. Also, make sure that no harming chemical substances can get inside the water as this means death for both your fish and your plants.

2.      Oxygenizing the water

The happier your fish are, the better your system will work! This is why you need to oxygenize the water on a daily basis and make sure your fish have all the "comfort" they need.

3.      Choosing your fish accordingly

The aquaponic system works well with almost all types of fish. Yet, there are states in which you are not allowed to grow whatever type of fish you want, so you will want to see what types of fish you are allowed to have before starting your aquaponic system as you do not want any problems with the law.

4.      Placing the pots

In order to make the harvest much easier, you should place the pots or the entire system at your waits level. This way you will not have to bend over, making the daily care routine a much easier activity.

5.      Adding additives

There are cases in which your fish may not provide all the nutrients needed for your plants. If the quantity is lower than what the plants need, then you will have to supply them with the respective substances. In most cases you will need to add iron, calcium carbonate or potassium carbonate.

Aquaponics is an easy activity which will provide you with the necessary vegetables and fish in a short amount of time. Just follow the tips mentioned above and you will have great success in your attempt to grow organic food in your home.

A “Mind Training” Technique That Makes You Stronger

The word "visualization" sometimes conjures up images of new age gurus teaching esoteric techniques for personal enlightenment and "attracting" what you want into your life. This causes many evidence-based types to scoff. However, piles of research has shown that mental imagery (aka "visualization") can improve performance. The latest study suggests that a certain type of mental imagery can also increase your strength

Olympic champions and professional athletes have used visualization and mental rehearsal techniques for decades. Not only is visualization one of the most widely accepted techniques in sports psychology, it's supported by scientific research.

Nevertheless, many people remain skeptical.

Some people agree that mental rehearsal might enhance specific skills, like a golf swing or a basketball throw, but they question whether it could make you stronger, increase muscle growth or help you lose weight.

A new study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research suggests that indeed, mental imagery can make you stronger. This study also begins to explain how mental imagery works on a neurological level…

Twenty two sports students, with a mean age of about 20, participated in the 6-week long experiment. Prior to the study, none had done mental imagery before. The students were divided into a control group and a mental rehearsal group.

The goal was to see if mental imagery could increase bench press and leg press strength.

Each participant was given very specific instructions on how to perform the mental imagery. During the rest period between sets, they were to vividly imagine the exercise movement and the muscle contractions generated from each rep.

After 12 workout sessions, the mental imagery group had significantly increased their strength more than the control group, especially in the lower body (leg press).

The researchers concluded:

"The results provided evidence that mental imagery did contribute to improve strength of the leg muscles without any macroscopic structural change"

What they were saying is that the duration of the study wasn't long enough that there was any major muscle size increase, so they credited the strength increase to non morphological adaptations.

It's well known in exercise science that gains in strength occur from changes not just in the muscle fibers and surrounding tissues, but in the nervous system.

That gives us clues about how mental imagery works.

Put simply, mental training techniques, (since they're working with your brain/nervous system – as the name implies), can trigger some of the same neurological adaptations that occur from physical training.

Apparently, mental imagery can increase synchronization of motor units in muscles, having large corresponding cortical areas in the primary mortor cortex.

There are also psychological benefits, such as increased motivation, improved focus during the set, technique improvements, more confidence and less apprehension or anxiety. But clearly, there's more to this than just "psyching up."

Here's something else interesting. The researchers even suggested that mental imagery could decrease strength loss when athletes are inactive due to injury.

This recent study is a practical one because it gives us one specific technique that you can apply to your next workout: vividly imagine a successful lift for the upcoming set while you're resting between sets.

NOTE: it's important to mentally see (visualize) the exercise and mentally "FEEL" the muscle contraction. This is multi-sensory – both visual and kinesthetic.

In some of my previous articles, I talked about density training and superset training as excellent techniques for busy people because these methods reduce rest intervals, making the workout time efficient.

But the rest time between heavy sets doesn't have to be wasted – now you know what to do with that time…

Instead of chatting with your gym buddies, or scoping out the attractive bods in the gym, you can be mentally rehearsing your next set… and enjoying the strength increase that follows.

Most fat loss programs only focus on diet or physical training. If you want to learn more about how you can add "mental training" techniques to increase fat loss, muscle growth and muscular strength, then be sure to check out chapter one in my ebook, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.

Coffee: Good or Bad for your Health?

Is your morning coffee an ok option on your healthy eating plan?  If coffee really bad for you or is it actually good?

Diet Solution ProgramI get these questions about coffee and health all the time and as a coffee drinker myself, it is smart to take a look at both the good and the bad.

Now, I'm not here to tell you that coffee is good for you. If I did, I would be telling only the good side of the story and I'm no politician. I am here to give you the good and the bad and tell you how you can incorporate your favorite coffee or tea into your healthy meal plan.

The Ugly Side of Caffeine

Most coffee and tea contains a lot of caffeine. This is usually the primary reason people make coffee their drink of choice in the morning. Caffeine is a drug like any other and comes with a long list of side effects. Have you ever tried not having your coffee in the morning? Yeah, pass the Excedrin, right? The headache that comes on when you try and kick this habit can be brutal (just like with other drugs) and creating a dependency and addiction like this is harmful to the body.

Second, coffee is extremely acidic. Our bodies function at optimum levels when they are slightly more alkaline (the opposite of acidic). It is best for us to greatly reduce any foods that will drive our body's pH to be more acidic and eat more foods that are alkaline (like fruits and veggies). An acidic body pH is like a magnet for all kinds of illnesses. Also, an alkaline body has a much stronger immune system, making illness much less likely.

Last but not least, the caffeine in coffee and tea is abuse to your adrenal glands. Your adrenals release your "fight or flight" hormones basically giving you a nice "boost" when needed. Unfortunately, people who drink coffee all day long are consistently beating on their adrenals. This is the equivalent of whipping a tired horse even when he is exhausted. Eventually he will not move at all.

The Pretty Side of Caffeine

Coffee tastes oh so yummy and makes me feel great in the morning. (What? Is that not a good enough reason to drink it?)

Many studies have shown that coffee can help in the prevention and treatment of diseases and illnesses as varied as Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, liver disease, skin cancer, Parkinsons's disease and more. Although, I don't believe coffee would be the cure all to any of these diseases, many ancient cultures did rely on the coffee bean to cure a long list of ailments. Not to mention, small doses of caffeine can increase performance and mental focus.

Green tea is also a great drink to include with a long list of benefits. If nothing else, green tea is a wonderful source of antioxidants which are important in cancer prevention. Green tea has even been found to raise metabolism and aid in fat burning. Before you go take a green tea bath, its effects are really minor when compared to the effects of sound nutrition and exercise plans. Now that I've said that, don't think you can eat junk food and just wash it down with green tea!

What is a coffee and tea drinker to do?

1. Limit your coffee and tea intake to 2 – 8 oz cups per day. No, not 2 of each, 2 total. Any more than that is considered as a heavy addict. (I know. I've been there).

2. If you are currently dependent on a lot of caffeine each day, replace 1 or 2 cups of coffee with green tea instead. Green tea has much less caffeine than coffee and will help combat the ugly detox symptoms.

3. Do not jack up your coffee with sugar, milk, syrup and whip cream (So I guess that means no Starbucks, huh?). Use stevia or xylitol to sweeten and avoid all the empty, harmful calories. A teaspoon of half and half won't hurt either. Please oh please, do not use any of those flavored creamers. They are closer to someone's chemistry experiment than they are to real food.

4. Make sure to make your food choices healthy. Avoiding other acidic foods like sugar, artificial sweeteners and processed foods will lighten the acid load on the body.

5. Make sure the coffee you drink is organic. Conventional coffee is filled with pesticides and chemicals and should be avoided at all costs.

There is no need to give up your morning coffee but it is important to drink the right types of coffee, without the added unhealthy extras and, as with most things, in moderation.

Composting – it can save you money!

For many people, composting is just an alternative way of dealing with rubbish.  It prevents the garbage bin from getting full and smelly.  It's also a way of disposing of grass clippings and leaves, which saves many trips to the garbage depot.  Whilst these things are valid, they are not giving compost the full credibility it deserves.  Compost can be very valuable when used in the right way.

I have a completely different way of looking at compost.  To me, composting is a way of building valuable nutrients that will, one day, feed me and my family.  I only use compost on my vegetable gardens.  The way I manage my vegetable gardens means that composting is an integral part of the whole food production system.  I create compost as a way of collecting nutrients in one form (waste), and turning them into another form (food).

The average person buys food from a shop, consumes it and then sends the waste away.  This is simply buying nutrients, taking what you need for that precise moment, and disregarding the remainder.  It's a nutrient flow that only flows in one direction, like a fancy car roaring down the road.  You admire the car for a moment, but after a second or two, it's gone.

My goal is to slow down the car and then get it to do a U-turn.  I want to keep the nutrients within my property where I can capitalize on them.  By doing this, I am able to use the nutrients again, so I don't have to buy them for a second time.  Surely, that's going to save me money.  It may seem strange to think of nutrients in this way when we can't even physically see them.  However, all organic materials contain nutrients.  My goal is to get those nutrients out of the form they are in and into a form that is useful to me and my family.

To put it in a different way; composting is a vehicle in which we are able to create a nutrient cycle within our property.  We are part of that cycle because we consume the nutrients when they are, for a brief time, in a useful form.  Then they return to the compost and slowly make their way into another useful form where we consume them again.  This cycle can go on and on indefinitely.  Of course, there will be many lost nutrients that you will never see again, but with a little diligence, you will be surprised at how much compost you can create, and hence, how many valuable nutrients you can recycle.

My composting system is large because I have a few large vegetable gardens.  I believe that the size of your vegetable garden should be determined by how much compost you can create, and not merely by the amount of space you have in your backyard.  To run a rich, high yielding vegetable garden you need to have some sort of soil conditioning plan, and the best thing for your soil is a generous layer of good compost on the surface a few times per year.

If you can create your own compost from the organic waste that you generate in your everyday life, then you can have a vegetable garden that is self-sustainable.  Once it is set up, it will never need nutrients in the form of store-bought fertilizers.  You will have established a flow of nutrients, and your nutrient-store will grow bigger and bigger, year after year.  Applying compost to your garden will have a very positive effect on your soil structure and fertility.  With good soil structure and plenty of organic material, you will be able to release nutrients that have been locked up and unavailable to your plants.  You will be speeding up the flow of nutrients, thus increasing your yield significantly.  Your soil will become alive and healthy with micro-organisms and soil bacteria that are beneficial to creating the conditions for proper plant growth.  Your vegetables will contain all the essential nutrients in the correct proportions, giving your body the vitamins and minerals it needs to function at its best.

Composting is very easy once you make it part of your everyday life.  A small container on your kitchen bench to collect scraps and a daily trip to the compost bin is all it takes.  It's a small effort for huge rewards.  The golden rule in making compost is never to have large clumps of a single type of material.  Thin layers of hot and cold materials work best.  Cold materials include leaves, shredded newspaper and dried grass clippings.  Hot materials include fresh grass clippings, manures, weeds, discarded soft plants and kitchen scraps.

If you make composting part of you daily routine, along with an effective method of growing food, you can literally save thousands of dollars per year.  This is possible simply because you won't have to keep buying nutrients over and over.  You will buy them once, hold onto them and then convert them into useful forms again and again.  It's that simple!

Dealing with the Aches and Pains

Its 33 days from the FLEX Pro and I'm sitting at around 290lbs and it's time to start to bring it down. I definitely am well within striking distance to come in bigger and badder than 2010. Hany just upped my cardio to twice a day and started me on some thermogenics (which I never normally use).I started pushing the pace of the cardio a bit to see if we can bring it in a bit faster and ensure optimal condition for the show. The one thing that I definitely took for granted and miss a lot this prep is my osteopath and good friend Alvin Brown. With all this hard training and not many days off, my body is starting to get tight achy.

Having Alvin in my corner every year to this point has allowed me to train more or less pain free and with an optimal range of motion. As much as I knew how important and valuable this aspect of my prep was, you never really appreciate it fully until you no longer have it. The little aches and pains add up! It hasn't impeded my training yet whatsoever, but it definitely seems to take just a little bit longer to get in the groove of the workout. Alvin is a deep tissue specialist and knows how to get my body firing on all cylinders.

He works with some great pros like Jay, Ronnie, Bob Weatherill and Paul Dillet when Paul made his comeback in 2007. Alvin is the man! I've been doing everything I can nutritionally to reduce the chronic inflammation obviously associated with the repeated beating we put ourselves through as pro bodybuilders. Now, the lack of nutrients and recover time starts to catch up so you need to ensure you have all these puzzle pieces to get the most out of your body.

Three things I have tried this year are some amazing products introduced to me over the last couple years: Wobenzyme, Curcumin and a topical cream called Accelerade by Zanagen. They are definitely helping to reduce the inflammation caused by training and allow me to get in there day after day and continue to grow into the show. Eczema Treatment

What is Eczema?

Eczema is a skin condition commonly known as dermatitis which can result in dry flaky skin which can be itchy and feel hot. This sensation often leads to vigorous itching which in turn can damage the skin.
The word Eczema comes from the Greek words that mean "to boil over". The word Dermatitis comes from the Greek word for skin. Both words refer to the same condition though.

There are four types of eczema, (atopic, varicose, discoid and contact/dermatitis).

Atopic Eczema is the most common form of Eczema. It is linked to hay fever and asthma. There is a tendency for it to be inherited, but there are also environmental factors which are important as well.
Atopic means extra sensitivity to certain substances (allergens) e.g. dust mites, cat and dog fur etc.
It affects 15-20% of young children in the UK, however, in about 70% of these cases, it clears up. If it doesn't clear up, then it is likely that the condition will get worse as the patient gets older.
For some reason, the number of cases of Atopic eczema have increased in recent times.

Varicose Eczema affects the lower legs of patients. It is associated with varicose veins and is often a pre-cursor to varicose vein problems. It is also associated with poor circulation. Unlike Atopic eczema, it tends to affect the middle aged and the elderly.

Contact/Dermatitis Eczema can be either an acute or chronic skin reaction where there is a sensitivity to a particular material. This reaction may be an allergic or non-allergic reaction. This condition is caused when the bodies immune system reacts with a particular substance.

Discoid Eczema can occur at any point in a persons life, however, it tends to appear at a later stage in life. It tends to affect the lower legs and feet and shows itself as a distinct round patch of eczema.

What are the symptoms of Eczema?

Atopic
This type of Eczemas symptoms normally include red, dry, itchy skin. There may also be some small water blisters which can weep on the hands and feet. Scaly areas will develop as well where the skin has been continually scratched.

Varicose
The symptoms for Varicose Eczema start with a mild itchiness just above the ankle. This will then become speckled and inflamed as well as becoming itchy. On occasion, ulcers can form.

Contact/Dermatitis
This type of Eczema usually starts out with a rash in the area where the trigger substance has come into contact with the skin. Once the eczema has been triggered, then the eczema can spread through the body.

Discoid
Normally, one or a number of round patches of red skin appear. They may be itchy and become blistered. It is also quite common for these patches to be infected with bacteria.

What is the treatment for Eczema?

As with all conditions and diseases, it is usually best to talk to your doctor before embarking upon any course of treatment. The information below is purely for information purposes only and I always recommend that you read the information below and then go and talk to a medical professional.
There doesn't appear to be a cure for eczema, however, there are a number of treatments which can control the symptoms of this very uncomfortable condition.

There are a number of over the counter creams which will help to soothe your eczema of which there are two types. These are emollients which are moisturisers which will soothe and hydrate the skin. A good time to apply these creams is straight after a bath while your skin is still slightly moist. There are also mild steroid creams. These creams can calm flare ups of eczema by suppressing your bodys inflammatory response. Even though these creams are available to anybody, it is wise to ask the pharmacists advice before using either emollients or mild steroid creams.

Your doctor may prescribe some prescription medicine if the emollients and mild steroid creams don't work.

Your doctor may advise you to take anti-histamine drugs which will help you to sleep although they won't directly relieve your eczema.
If your eczema is severe enough, it is possible you could have to go to hospital where the staff there will be able to keep you away from any trigger allergens and also to ensure that you take the medicine prescribed for you. To avoid these symptom treating means and focus on a cure, you can try an all natural approach to healing.
